Good Morning

I just thought I should tell you that I'm having a brownie for breakfast.
Wow, a really good brownie.
With chopped nuts and icing.
With a deep chocolate flavor.
A brownie worth the calories and fat.
Which is saying something because I'm not normally a brownie fan.
But we're out of typical breakfast foods
and it's currently snowing so I won't get to the store today
and I'm the only one home
so I don't have to let the kids have a brownie for breakfast
or field their questions about why I'm having a brownie in the morning hours.
They're out shoveling snow
and will be welcomed home with hot chocolate.
Liquid brownies, right?
It's all good.
Mine just tastes better.
It has nuts and icing.
