I'm just going to tell you that there's news.

It's been one of those weeks when I cannot concentrate because so much is going on in my head - and my heart.

One of those weeks when I cannot eat due to a jibbly stomach and can find no relief in exercising.

But we have news.

Surprising news.  Wonderful news.  Interesting and amazing news.
