My Mom was born today, a few moons ago.
Have you met her? She's very interesting.
The only way she'll ever look big/tall/large at all is...

Really, that's not his teenage sister.
You would enjoy a visit with her and her sister.
They laugh and are so silly.
She is an active outdoorswoman.
