Reuben woke up before the rest of us,
and because he was hungry,
he fixed himself some breakfast.
Paul found him in the kitchen.
Enjoying grapes and chocolate sheet cake.
On my most treasured quilt.
An hour or so later,
the Bobs (2 men named Bob)
came to knock out our shower.
The dust and noise became a bit ridiculous to try to teach any lessons.
"LISTEN TO THIS SENTENCE AND TELL ME WHICH WORD IS AN ADVERB."
"WHAT?"
So we went to church and painted Italy.
When we came home for lunch, we could see down to the basement.
Then a friend showed up with a peacock in his truck.
That's it's blue neck sticking out.
Now, for my favorite part...
A friend invited the boys over to play with her daughter
for the afternoon.
Ah.
So I blog.
With the dust and vibrations of destruction in my bathroom.
Perhaps I'll go for a walk
or maybe start sewing on a skirt.
I feel kind of lost.
Time on my own.

isn't that a funny feeling? I never quite know what to do with myself when I get free time during the day.
Love the peacock!
why does the guy have a peacock?
It had run away I think. He was taking it back.
